Ken Brick has over 25 years of experience in the field of mental health. He has been in private psychotherapy practice in Wilmington Delaware sine 2002. Ken is an LCSW (licensed clinical social worker) who holds a variety of additional certifications. He is a fully certified “GCT” (Gottman Certified Therapist) – Full Gottman Certification requires 1-3 years of post graduate training specific to couples work inclusive of supervision by a Master Gottman Consultant. Ken has also been working with the AEDP Institute (Applied, Experiential, Dynamic, Psychotherapy) since 2008 and holds a “level two” certification with that Institute. He is also “CSTIP” certified (Certified Sexuality Informed Professional) and maintains a wide variety of connections with top level professionals in Mental Health from across the United States – including expertise in trauma, sexuality, relationality, adolescent development, and personality typology. Ken has expertise treating a wide range of concerns from milder life adjustments to deeply traumatic challenges. He uses a relational approach which can include psychodynamic/existential analysis (internal) as well as more cognitive oriented frameworks (external).

BASE RATE
$145 per 50-minute session, $240 initial diagnostic assessment sessions can be as long as 80 minutes
INSURANCE
Insurance is not accepted as direct payment for treatment, however many patients do receive "out-of-network" benefits covering a portion of the cost of therapy. Please check your coverage carefully by asking the following questions:
PAYMENT
Cash or check are accepted for payment. Credit cards are not encouraged but are accepted.
CANCELLATION POLICY
We request 48 hours notice to either cancel or reschedule appointments. If you miss an appointment you have scheduled without such notice you will be required to pay the full cost of the session.
