Julie believes that her expertise and experience combined with a client’s life experience and self agency create a collaborative foundation to the therapy relationship.  Identifying the desired change and the effective strategies to change is the responsibility of both the client and the therapist.

3 session Assessment

Understanding the importance of a good client-therapist connection, Julie meets with potential clients 3 times, so that the client can become familiar with her style, gain a better understanding of the therapeutic process and identify desired goals of therapy. Julie then provides her perspective and treatment recommendations and together they determine if there is a good fit between them.
